I can come alongside you to strategically and prayerfully look at where you are and where you need to go.

I offer a 4 part training session to work with your women as a cohesive team and then dive into where you are and where you hope to go as a team and ministry. Additional sessions are possible, especially if there is underlying conflict. I was a Certified Chrisian Conciliator for many years with Peacemaker Ministries and have experience helping groups work through conflict biblically. Sometimes getting to the root of conflict on the team can be a key to moving forward in fruitful ministry.

Part of my story

The women’s ministry of CrossPoint Alliance Church was born back in 2000 in my living room when I sat and prayed with about 5 other women who were believing God with me that our church was ready to launch something specifically designed to reach and disciple women. It has changed, grown, and thrived through many transitions over the last 20 years+, not the least of which was the church growing from 150 in worship on a weekend to over 1000 each weekend.

In the last few years, I have had the privilege in my own church (First Alliance Lexington) of sitting under as a lay leader our women’s ministry director Susan Scott who has prayerfully and brilliantly guided our women’s ministry during and post-covid. We have seen radical expansion and growth of not only ministry offerings and lay leaders but a decentralization from the building and multi/intergenerational engagement.

Using the experiences of my own building/growing a women’s ministry with a team, access to and attendance at many other churches with women’s ministries, and then recent effective changes in our church ministry, I can come alongside you to strategically and prayerfully look at where you are and where you need to go.
